Do More With Less Stress
This 2-hour module aims to increase productivity and effectiveness, while providing tools and strategies for reducing stress and reducing busyness.
This highly interactive workshop will utilize concepts and practices from the book Less: Accomplishing More By Doing Less. This class includes individual and group exercises, as well as related science and research.
In this workshop, participants will practice identifying and responding to:
- Fears: Not having enough time, fear of failure, and how these fears show up in our daily lives at work.
- Assumptions: Clarifying our underlying values and goals and improving our ability to receive and give feedback, with fewer assumptions.
- Distractions: Strategies for developing presence and for less rehashing of the past and worrying about the future. Identify practical ways to deal with the relentless stream of emails and other information input.
- Resistance: Ways that we resist change and resist difficulty, and practices for developing greater clarity right in the midst of change.
